1. HOW DOES THE DRAW WORK?
The product inventory is extremely limited, therefore, to make sure we are able to give everyone an equal chance of purchasing from the collection, all those who select items will be entered into a draw.
Those who have been randomly drawn will receive an email on September 24th where they will be able to select a time slot to pick up.
2. WHAT CURRENCY ARE THE PRICES IN?
The prices are all in Canadian Dollars ($).
3. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS WILL BE ACCEPTED?
The payment methods that will be accepted are: Debit, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Real Sports Apparel Gift Cards. No cash will be accepted. No discounts will apply
4. HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY NAME HAS BEEN SELECTED IN THE DRAW?
After you have selected your items - if your name is drawn, you will receive an email on September 24th prompting you to select a time slot.
5. WHERE & WHEN DO I PICK UP & PAY FOR THE ITEMS?
After you have received your confirmation email that your name has been drawn, you will be able to select a time. The items can only be picked up in-person at Real Sports Apparel at Scotiabank Arena. Real Sports Apparel is located beside Gate 1 of the Scotiabank Arena.
6. I CAN'T PICK THE ITEMS UP, CAN IT BE SHIPPED TO MY HOUSE?
Unfortunately, all items must be picked up in person at Real Sports Apparel. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
7. I CAN'T PICK THE ITEMS UP, CAN SOMEONE PICK UP MY ITEMS ON MY BEHALF?
Yes – Once you receive the email that your name has been drawn, when selecting a time slot, you will also be able to include if anyone is picking up your products.
8. WHAT COVID-19 PROTECTIVE MEASURES ARE YOU IMPLEMENTING TO ENSURE STORE SAFETY?
All staff and customers are required to use standard PPE. Social distancing will be enforced. Hand sanitizing stations are available for all customers and employees. Store capacity will be enforced through pick up time slots. We will not accept customers arriving outside of their time slot.
9. CAN I REQUEST A CANCELLATION, RETURN OR REFUND ON THE ITEMS I HAVE PURCHASED?
If you’d like to cancel your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your Draw Number; All items are final sale – no returns or exchanges.
10. MY ITEM DOES NOT FIT – CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
Merchandise is extremely limited. We will not be able to accommodate exchanges, so please select carefully
